I qualified as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with WPF Therapy in London, a leading therapy training institution. I work for the NHS and in private practice across the north west. I have been involved in a teaching / training capacity on the D58 Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Manchester) training run by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and have run regular PDR sessions for Lancaster University's Clinical Psychology Doctorate.

I have degrees from Exeter and Cambridge Universities and an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies from Roehampton University. I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Bereavement from Middlesex University.
